Cancellation Policy
Pilates Studio Client Policies and Contract 1. Client Policies: a. Class Reservations and Cancellations: * Clients must reserve their spots in classes in advance through our online booking system or by contacting the studio. * Cancellations must be made at least 24 hrs before the scheduled class, otherwise penalties amounting to the session fee will be applied. * Late cancellations and no-shows will be subject to a cancellation fee. b. Class Arrival: * Clients are encouraged to arrive at least 10 minutes before the start of the class to allow time for check-in and setup. * For safety reasons, clients who arrive more than 10 minutes after the class start time may not be permitted to join the class. c. Membership and Package Terms: * Membership options and package details are outlined on our website and in-person at the studio. * Memberships and packages bought are designed for one individual only, they cannot be shared, are non-transferable and non-refundable. *Please note that our packages have designated validity periods. The validity period is stated in the package description. Once a package expires, it is no longer eligible for redemption.
